Stable Yard 

22 brick built stables with tack room and haystore provided.  Mains water.  Coffee room in the stable yard overlooking menage.   Stable yard also has its own toilet facilities.   The stable yard is fully enclosed with 24 hour alarm monitoring and CCTV in operation.    

Paddocks

Each horse is allocated a paddock of its own. The paddocks are fenced with permanent wooden posts and electric fencing.  Electric fencing is run off the premises mains electric supply. Each paddock has mains water connected to troughs.

Menage

Fully enclosed International sized (20m x 60m) Flexiride and silica sand floodlit outdoor school.
